There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Code. Nevertheless, we do grant you the following cancellation conditions:
- In case of cancellation up to 14 days before arrival, only the deposit will be retained.
- For cancellations made 13 to 4 days before arrival, we charge a 70% cancellation fee.
- For cancellations made 4 days before arrival or later, and in the event of no show, the booking is charged in full.
Please note: bookings cannot be cancelled throughout the month of August, on weekends in December, at Christmas and on New Year’s Eve.

Arrival is possible from 3 pm, earlier on request. Departure should be by 10 am.
The smell of fresh bread rolls greets you the first time you step outside. Bakeries and supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity.
Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets.
The nearest parking facilities are Parkhaus Brixen (Dantestraße No. 13), and Parkgarage Stufels (Cesare-Battisti-Straße 6).
Both are just a 5-minute walk from Odilia.
